Alegre, the third Latin summer collection
It's about a year ago I compiled a Latin collection. Time for a new one, I reckoned.So here is an enjoyable mix of South-American flavoured songs, although the artists are not always from that part of the world. Antonio Banderas and the female pop duo Azucar Moreno are Spanish, Marcus Miller and Ramsey Lewis are from the States, Fila Brazilia is British and the male pop duo Two Men sound is even Belgian.
Nico Gomez is Dutch but does have a Belgian son: Raymond van het Groenewoud.
My favorites are the Santana track and the Speedy Gonzalez tune by Xavier Cugat.
