The 55th BoBW jazz funk compilation

I'm not utterly impressed by the vocal capacities of the Dutch singer Trijntje Oosterhuis but what she does with the Burt Bacharach song "Waiting For Charlie (To Come Home)" is outstanding. And I don't expect you to know the Belgian singer Bart Peeters either but his "Zeester met koffie" is one of the sweetest songs I've ever heard (nevertheless you might recognize the composition without understanding the lyrics: it's Prince"s "Starfish and coffee").

What else is there on this 55th comp to enjoy? You tell me! I like a lot the songs by Amp Fiddler,  Paul Brown, Rufus Thomas and People's Choice. What are your favorites? Let me know in the comments.

Enjoy the music, and have a nice weekend...
