The Ever Blazin' Sean Paul
Sean Paul is dan wel afkomstig van Jamaica, maar heeft veel roots in het buitenland liggen. Zijn grootvader van z'n vaders kant komt uit Portugal (wiens vrouw Sefardisch Joods is), de vader van zijn moeder is Afrikaans en diens vrouw is Chinees.
Sean Paul brak door met "Get Busy" (2003). Later bracht hij nog hits als "I'm Still In Love With You" (feat. Sasha), "Like Glue" en "Baby Boy" (feat. Beyoncé) uit.
Na twee jaar afwezigheid, scoorde hij in 2005 opnieuw met "We Be Burnin'".
In 2006 bracht hij een nieuwe single uit: "Ever Blazin'".
Om het album "Imperial Blaze" aan te kondigen werden twee gratis mixtapes verspreid over internet.
