Don't You Know He's Loco: Kid Loco
De Fransman Kid Loco (Jean-Yves Prieur in het echte leven) houdt het doorgaans niet bij één genre, het gaat van funky stuff en hiphopachtige tracks tot wat pittiger triphopmateriaal.Kid Loco is een naam van formaat, die al diverse tijdloze albums achter zijn naam heeft staan. De track "Relaxin' With Cherry" kan één van zijn absolute hoogtepunten genoemd worden.
"A Grand Love Story" is lounge-achtig, maar totaal niet te vergelijken met bijvoorbeeld St.Germain. Gewoon een lekker album waar je op kunt laybacken door de groovy samples en de pakkende chillbeats...
