Winter Chill, a BoBW compilation
Believe it or not but this collection of winter songs was compiled more than three months ago. But is there a better moment than now to put this up? In this part of the world it's freezing your but off, and it keeps snowing. So get this compilation, look for a nice place to unwind and let this music grab you.Everytime I hear Supertramp's "Fool's Overture" I get overwhelmed. The best song they ever made... But nearly as beautiful is "Ghosts" (by Japan) and "Lazy Calm" (by The Cocteau Twins). And although you might have heard "Mad World" by Michael Andrews a bit too much, it still gives me shivers.
The Belgian singer Jo Lemaire assists the Dutch band Bardo State in "Paradis". And Wim Mertens (Belgian too) likes to stay "At home".
Who am I to disagree?
